MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from a judgment signed October 22, 2015. The clerk's record was filed February 18, 2016. The reporter's record was filed February 25, 2016. No brief was filed.

On July 28, 2016, this court issued an order stating that unless appellant submitted a brief on or before August 12, 2016, the court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).

Appellant did not file a brief. On August 29, 2016, filed a further motion for extension of time to file his brief. Appellant's brief was originally due March 28, 2016. Appellant has received extensions of more than 120 days to file his brief, but has failed to file a brief as ordered by this court. Appellant's motion is denied.

The appeal is ordered dismissed.
