Delivered and Filed: January 11, 2006. DO NOT PUBLISH.

Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2, Bexar County, Texas, Trial Court No. 906495, Honorable Andrew Carruthers, Judge Presiding. Dismissed for Want of Jurisdiction.

Sitting: Alma L. LÓPEZ, Chief Justice, Phylis J. SPEEDLIN, Justice, Rebecca SIMMONS, Justice.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On July 20, 2005, the trial court found appellant incompetent to stand trial and committed her to the San Antonio State Hospital for a period not to exceed 120 days for further examination and treatment with the objective of attaining competency to stand trial. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 46B.005 (Vernon Supp. 2004-05). Appellant filed a notice of appeal from the trial court's order. This court does not have jurisdiction to consider an interlocutory appeal from an order relating to a determination of incompetency. Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 46B.011 (Vernon Supp. 2004-05). On November 22, 2005, we issued an order for appellant to show cause on or before December 7, 2005 why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Appellant did not respond. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
