Appeal, No. 1, March T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, April T., 1968, No. 1193, in case of Lafayette Radio Electronics Corporation of Monroeville, and Lafayette Radio Electronics Corporation v. Jonnel Enterprises, Inc., Elmer J. Jonnet, Jr., John Haney and Leonard A. Civill. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before HESTER, J.

Adjudication filed permanently enjoining and restraining defendant Jonnel Enterprises, Inc. from using distraint for rent and mandatorily requiring the plaintiff and defendant to submit all questions, matters, disputes or claims arising out of the lease to arbitration. Exceptions thereto by defendant Jonnel Enterprises, Inc., dismissed, and final decree entered. Defendant Jonnel Enterprises, Inc., appealed.
