This case was stricken from the Court's November 16, 2020, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, respondent filed a Status Report on August 27, 2021, indicating that the parties are making progress. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 1, 2021, the parties shall file further reports regarding the then-present status of this case, or submit to the Court a proposed stipulated decision document.

The parties are advised that if they are unable to reach a basis of settlement by this deadline or demonstrate meaningful progress toward resolution of this case without trial, this case will be set for trial at an upcoming trial proceeding of the Court.
