Order reversed upon the law, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. The taking of an X-ray photograph is not authorized by the statute. ( Van Orden v. Madow, 207 App. Div. 827.) Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Young, Seeger and Scudder, JJ., concur.
