In compliance with the Court's order of July 13, 2023, the parties filed status reports by Thursday, October 5, 2023. The Commissioner reports that the Internal Revenue Service's Whistleblower Office has not issued a final ruling on Mr. Lacey's claim. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for a status hearing at a special session of the Tax Court beginning at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, in the South Courtroom of the United States Tax Court, 400 Second Street, NW, Washington, D.C., 20217. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner shall produce, at the status hearing, the following persons to give testimony about the status of the case: Dawn Applebaum, Debra McCullum, and any other persons responsible for composing, reviewing, and issuing the determination letter in this case.

This order constitutes official notice to the parties of the calendaring of the case for status hearing, and further notice will not be provided.
