An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about March 25, 2015, And, an order of this Court having been entered on July 7, 2016 (M-2754), enlarging plaintiff's time to perfect his appeal to the October 2016 Term of this Court, And, defendant having moved to dismiss plaintiff's appeal for failure to timely perfect, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that defendant's motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
