ORDER

PER CURIAM

The court reporter has notified the Court that Appellee has requested a supplemental reporter's record, but no financial arrangements have been received. Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.6(c), any party may designate additional portions of the reporter's record at the Appellant's cost.

Appellee is ORDERED to provide written proof to this Court by April 7, 2024 that: (1) the fee for the supplemental reporter's record has been paid; or (2) Appellee is entitled to the supplemental reporter's record without paying the reporter's fee; or (3) show good cause that Appellant should bear the cost of the supplemental reporter's record.

The Court asks that the court reporter notify it immediately if satisfactory arrangements are received or if none are received by April 7, 2024.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
