Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.
The Court GRANTS Appellant's second motion for extension of time within which to file Appellant's brief. That brief is now due to be filed on or before July 15, 2024. Absent extraordinary circumstances, additional extensions will be disfavored. Counsel is advised to review the Court's policy of extensions which is attached to this order.
