Alice LABRA, Appellant v. Carlos LABRA, Appellee

From the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2012-CI-10580

Honorable Barbara Hanson Nellermoe, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant's brief was due July 24, 2013. Neither the brief nor a motion for extension of time was filed. We therefore order appellant Alice Labra to file, on or before August 12, 2013, her appellant's brief and a written response reasonably explaining her failure to timely file the brief. If appellant fails to file a brief and the written response by the date ordered, we will dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b), (c).
