In Re: Liberty Insurance Underwriters, Inc., applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Assumption, No. 33796.

BEFORE: McDONALD, CRAIN, AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. We grant the application and reverse the trial court's judgment granting a preliminary injunction in favor of respondent, Texas Brine Company, L.L.C. See General Atomic Co. v. Felter, 434 U.S. 12, 98 S.Ct. 76, 54 L.Ed.2d 199 (1977); Donovan v. City of Dallas, 377 U.S. 408, 84 S.Ct. 1579, 12 L.Ed.2d 409 (1964).
