This is appeal from a judgment dismissing appellant's suit on an exception of no cause of action. Every issue in the case was decided to-day in the case of William Harry Talbot v. Louisiana Highway Commission et al. (No. 27304) ante, p. 909, 106 So. 377. For the reasons given in that case

The judgment is affirmed.
