ORDER
Before the Court is the May 17, 2021 request of LaTresta Ginyard, Official Court Reporter for the 199th Judicial District Court, for a ten-day extension of time to file the reporter's record in this accelerated appeal. Ms. Ginyard explains that appellant has requested records for three hearings. Court reporter Robin Benton recorded the May 10, 2019 hearing and court reporter Sheri Vecera recorded the June 23, 2017 and November 1, 2017 hearings. We GRANT the motion and ORDER Ms. Ginyard, as the Official Court Reporter, to file, no later than May 28, 2021, a single reporter's containing the records of all three hearings.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Ginyard, Ms. Benton, Ms. Vecera, and, all parties.
