Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Justice Crichton is recused as to John Russell McGrew only.

We reverse the court of appeal, and find Benjamin Arnold did not properly qualify as a candidate for the office of Caddo Parish Commission, District 10. Thus, he is disqualified.

We reverse the court of appeal, and find John Russell McGrew did not properly qualify as a candidate for the office of Sheriff in Caddo Parish. Thus, he is disqualified.
