An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 09, 2019, and the underlying proceeding having been stayed as the result of Bankruptcy Proceedings filed by defendant Bergdorf Goodman and plaintiff, And defendant-appellant having renewed its motion for leave to perfect the appeal against additional counterclaim defendant-respondent Ronit Raphael Leitersdorf, who is not subject to any bankruptcy stay and who is the only party against whom relief is requested on the appeal; and
