An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 06, 2018, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal, or, in the alternative, for leave to dismiss the present appeal without prejudice to taking an appeal from a final judgment upon entry of same in Supreme Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal to the December 2023 Term of this Court, with leave to seek further extensions if necessary.
