DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion to consolidate and to assign Allen E. Stone, Esq. to represent appellant upon the appeal in case number 518088.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to assign counsel, is granted, without costs. The appeal in case number 518088 may be perfected in accordance with section 800.13 of the Rules of Practice (22 NYCRR 800.13). Allen E. Stone, Esq., P.O. Box 118, Vestal, New York 13851, is assigned to represent appellant upon the appeal in case number 518088 pursuant to Family Court Act section 1120. The Clerk of the Family Court of Broome County is directed to furnish to appellant's counsel one copy of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in this matter, except those portions which appellant's counsel or the Family Court determines are unnecessary for perfection of the appeal and to forward the other copy to the Clerk of this Court pursuant to section 800.4(c) of this Court's Rules of Practice.
