For the reasons set forth in the companion case of Joe J. Tritico v. Board of Commissioners of Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District, et al., bearing No. 465 on the docket of this Court of Appeal in which we have this date rendered a separate decision, 134 So.2d 401, the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiff-appellant.

Affirmed.
