DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Raymond Campo on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 9, 2011, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 2, 2011, as conditioned a stay of all proceedings in the above-entitled action upon the perfection of the appeal on or before January 3, 2012, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal by 60 days as a condition of the stay.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 2, 2011, is vacated.
