Sebastian KUHLGERT, Conservator of Elisabeth Ostendorf, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY and Board of Trustees of Michigan State University, Defendants-Appellants, and United Educators, Intervening Defendant-Appellee.


Order

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration and the motions to supplement are GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the September 15, 2017 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the order of the Court of Appeals, and we REMAND this case to that court, which shall hold these consolidated appeals in abeyance pending the decision of the Michigan Compensation Appellate Commission in Ostendorf v. Michigan State University, No. 17-0013. Michigan State University shall file a copy of that decision with the Court of Appeals Clerk's Office within seven days after it is issued.
