Equity. Before ROBINSON, P.J. Decree nisi entered enjoining defendants from interfering with plaintiff's right of access to certain land and directing defendants to move certain structures. Defendants' exceptions to adjudication dismissed and final decree entered. Defendants appealed. Appeal, No. 398, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Sept.
