IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that on 11/17/2020 Thomas Kelly, Lisa Lynch, and the Does were DISMISSED as individual defendants in this action; Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (DKT # 93) is GRANTED; and Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint (DKT # 29) is DISMISSED.

All of the above pursuant to the orders of the Honorable David N. Hurd, dated November 17, 2020 and December 6, 2023.
