In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed in part, and the judgment of the Macomb Circuit Court is reinstated. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Viewing the facts in the light most favorable to the plaintiff, she has failed to state a claim on which relief can be granted.
