NEGLIGENCE, § 106sufficiency of evidence to make out prima facie case for plaintiff injured by explosion of fire extinguisher manufactured by defendant. In action by member of village fire department for personal injuries sustained as result of explosion of fire extinguisher which had been manufactured and sold by defendant and which, at time of accident, plaintiff was using in discharge of duties of his employment, held that evidence was sufficient to make out for plaintiff prima facie case of negligence on part of defendant.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. WILLIAM F. BORDERS, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the April term, 1942.
