ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel, is granted, without costs, and Danielle Neroni, Esq., 668 Madison Avenue, Albany, NY 12208, 518-453-0173, is assigned to represent appellant upon this appeal pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35 (1) (a), and it is further

ORDERED that pursuant to CPLR 1102 (b), the Clerk of Supreme Court, Sullivan County, is directed to furnish appellant's counsel with one copy of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in the matter.
