Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's November 2020 New York, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On April 14, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report, which indicated that the parties have resolved the years at issue in this case. He further explained that there are other years in dispute (unrelated to this case) that petitioners Michael and Elizabeth Kraut would like to resolve before signing the stipulated decision document for this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 21, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
