On March 25, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion for entry of decision. However, later the same day the parties jointly filed a proposed stipulated decision that will resolve the entire case. we expect to enter the proposed stipulated decision. It is therefore

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for entry of decision is denied as moot.
