On May 1, 2023, the Court held a trial in this case, and ordered the parties to complete simultaneous briefs. Due to an inadvertent clerical error, the dates given to the parties contained an incorrect date for the reply briefs.

ORDERED that the simultaneous reply briefs once due September 13, 2023, are now due on September 15, 2023.
