ORDER

Juan F. Vasquez, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's May 1, 2023, Los Angeles, California, trial session. Presently before the Court is our March 13, 2023, Order to Show Cause directing intervenor to file a response in compliance with the provisions of Rule 91(f), showing why facts and evidence set forth in respondent's proposed Stipulation of Facts should not be deemed admitted for the purpose of this case.

On April 3, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report. Therein respondent reported that he had received a signed copy of the proposed Stipulation of Facts from intervenor. That same day, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts with accompanying Exhibits.

The foregoing considered, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, filed March 13, 2023, is discharged as moot.
