BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal is dismissed as moot in light of our disposition in Kountze v. Kountze, No. 2D11–5585 (Fla. 2d DCA Aug. 10, 2012).

Appellee's motion for appellate attorney's fees under section 736 .1004(1)(a), Florida Statutes (2011), is granted, and the matter is remanded for the circuit court to determine the appropriate amount of his appellate attorney's fees.

Appellant's motion for appellate attorney's fees is denied.
