Appeal from an order of Supreme Court, Erie County (Flaherty, J.), entered September 10, 2001, which denied the motion of defendants Margaret McDonnell, M.D. and University Gynecologists and Obstetricians, P.C., doing business as University OB/GYN, P.C., to compel plaintiffs to provide disclosure authorizations.
