Present — Hagarty, Davis, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ.

Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff, a pedestrian, when he was struck by an automobile owned and operated by defendant. Judgment for plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
