Upon due consideration of the First Supplement to the objection to respondent's motion to dismiss Daniel Kopta for lack of jurisdiction, filed July 18, 2022, and the recitals therein, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 21, 2022, petitioners shall file a further supplement to the objection, attaching thereto any documents establishing that Rhea Kopta has been duly appointed as a representative of Daniel Kopta's estate.
