Review of the record in the case at Docket No. 6932-23 shows that the case is a duplicate of the case filed at Docket No. 22654-08. That is, in attempting to file a motion to proceed remotely in their case at Docket No. 22654-08, petitioners inadvertently filed that document in error as a petition to commence a new case at Docket No. 6932-23.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the case at Docket No. 6932-23 is hereby closed on the ground of duplication with the case at Docket No. 22654-08. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy the Petition filed in the case at Docket No. 6932-23 on May 4, 2023, and shall file it as of the aforementioned date at Docket No. 22654-08 as a Motion to Proceed Remotely. It is further
ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Proceed Remotely filed at Docket No. 22654-08 is assigned to Chief Special Trial Judge Lewis R. Carluzzo for disposition.
Petitioners are advised that no further filings may be made in the case at Docket No. 6932-23.
