The Court has determined that appellant's notice of appeal failed to invoke its appellate jurisdiction in a timely manner. Accordingly, appellee's motion to dismiss, filed on July 3, 2014, is granted and the appeal is dismissed. LEWIS, C.J., BENTON and MARSTILLER, JJ., concur.
