On February 3, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision document (index # 8). Upon review it was seen that in the caption of the proposed stipulated decision one of the petitioners is listed as "Eve Konkolewski" which does not match the caption on the Court's record of "Eva Konkolewski". Her first name is also spelled differently on the notice of deficiency attached to the petition "Ewa Konkolewski". Therefore, the Proposed Stipulated Decision document filed February 3, 2023, is erroneous, and we will strike it and instruct the parties to file a corrected one.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby:
ORDERED that the parties Proposed Stipulated Decision filed February 3, 2023, (index 8) is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that on or before February 21, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision document including the correct petitioners' names in the caption and on the signature page.
