ORDER REMANDING ACTION PURSUANT TO SENTENCE FOUR OF 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) FOR FURTHER ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS


Defendant has filed a motion to remand this action pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for further administrative proceedings including re-evaluation of the evidence in light of an award of SSI benefits made to plaintiff on a subsequent application. Good cause appearing therefor, the motion is GRANTED and this matter is REMANDED for further administrative proceedings. All other pending motions are denied as moot.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
