TODD KOHOUT & LISA M. KOHOUT, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge

By Order dated April 18, 2022, the Court directed the parties to file, on or before July 18, 2022, computations for entry of decision under Tax Court Rule 155 (docket entry no. 121). On June 13, 2022, Allen Buckley filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for petitioners (docket entry no. 122). In a Supplement to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel filed June 14, 2022 (docket entry no. 124), Mr. Buckley reported that neither respondent nor petitioners object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the aforementioned Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, as supplemented, is granted and Allen Buckley is hereby withdrawn as counsel for petitioners with the understanding that the granting of this motion will not in any way delay or excuse the parties from filing computations for entry of decision by July 18, 2022.
