Appeal, No. 96, March T., 1965, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, No. 3088 in Equity, in case of Frank Kohosek and Anna Kohosek, his wife v. Anton Luketich and Manda Luketich, his wife. Decree affirmed.

Adjudication filed finding for plaintiff and injunction entered against defendants, exceptions to adjudication dismissed and final decree entered. Defendants appealed.
