This case was continued from the Court's October 2020 Miami, Florida, remote trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On January 14, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report requesting that the parties have more time to continue discussions and that the Court order another status report or hold a conference call in mid-March.
