This case was continued from the Court's October 2020, Miami, Florida trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On September 13, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report in which they indicated that petitioners and an assigned appeals officer at the Independent Office of Appeals are scheduled to discuss Ms. Menedez's request for innocent spouse relief. The parties further request that the Court enter an Order directing the parties to file status reports on or before November 12, 2021. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before November 12, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
