This case was on the Court's January 30, 2023 Trial Session in Los Angeles, California. The parties had informed the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached, however, because petitioner is deceased, the caption needed to be amended prior to filing a proposed stipulated decision. Respondent recently reports that Petitioner's counsel needs additional time to obtain a signed declaration from petitioner's successor in interest and petitioner's death certificate. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before April 7, 2023 the parties file decision documents or file a joint status report describing any progress.
