Gray of Gray Matters, and Defendants Anthropologie, Inc, Anthropologie Direct LLC, and Urban Outfitters, Inc., by and through their counsel of record, Kenneth Keller and Anne Kearns of Krieg, Keller, Sloan, Reilley Roman, LLP, and Defendants Gala, Inc. and Michael Sobolev, by and through their counsel of record, Alexander Gilburg, hereby agree and stipulate that the above-captioned action by Plaintiff against all Defendants be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
