ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served November 14, 2022, the Court directed petitioner Jeremy David Knupp to file a Ratification of Petition on or before December 23, 2022. On November 25, 2022, petitioners electronically filed Mr. Knupp's Ratification of Petition. However, Mr. Knupp's signature on that document appears to have been made using a cursive computer font, which is not an imaged or digitized signature that is acceptable to the Court. Information regarding acceptable forms of imaged or digitized signatures may be found on the Court's website at https://ustaxcourt.gov/dawson_faqs_case_management.html.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner Jeremy David Knupp's Ratification of Petition, filed November 25, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. Mr. Knupp is reminded that a proper Ratification of Petition is due on or before December 23, 2022.
