Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Fares A. Rumi, Esq., dated October 17, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Lyle T. Hajdu, Esq., dated October 18, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 1, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
