JULIUS ERICK KNIGHT, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Criminal Court No. 1 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. MA-1651546-A

ORDER

The Court REINSTATES the appeal.

On May 24, 2016, we ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why the reporter's record had not been filed. We ADOPT the July 20, 2016 findings that: (1) appellant desires to pursue the appeal; (2) appellant is indigent and represented by the appellate division of the Public Defender's Office; (3) court reporter Vicki Tuck's explanation for the delay in filing the reporter's record is due to technical difficulties with her software; (4) Ms. Tuck had a significant portion of the record complete; and Ms. Tuck anticipated filing the record within fourteen days. We ORDER court reporter Vicki Tuck to file the reporter's record in this appeal no later than August 17, 2016.
