MATTHEW JORDAN KNIGHT, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On May 25, 2023, petitioner electronically filed (1) a Motion for Extension of Time and (2) a Brief in Support of Motion for Extension of Time. Review of these filings shows that they are duplicative.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed March 29, 2023, as supplemented, is hereby extended to June 30, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's Motion to Dismiss, as supplemented. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Brief in Support of Motion for Extension of Time is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
