Kmart Corporation v. Logan

Supreme Court of Michigan
Jul 11, 2000
462 Mich. 912 (Mich. 2000)

Opinion

No. 116830 (16).

July 11, 2000.

COA: 226657.

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal from the April 28, 2000, order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should now be reviewed by this Court, but this is without prejudice to the defendants' option of renewing their objection to the validity of the mediation evaluation if they are faced with a motion for mediation sanctions pursuant to MCR 2.403(O).

Markman, J., not participating.
