ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

On September 26, 2022, the petitioner's counsel filed a Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel (index # 10). Petitioner's counsel did so with a heading on his notice reading. "NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL AND SUBSTITUTION OF AUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL IN LIEU OF COUNSEL." Upon review, petitioner's counsel did not file the substitution of counsel correctly. Pursuant to Tax Court Rule 24, the substitution should be in substantially the same form as Form 8.

Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 14, 2022, petitioner's counsel shall file such Substitution of Counsel. The Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of Form 8, Substitution of Counsel. A copy of the form is also available under "Case Related Forms" on the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov/case related forms.html.
