This case is calendared for trial during the Court's April 15, 2024, Washington, D.C., trial session. On March 28, 2024, respondent filed a status report in which he represents that the parties have reached a basis of settlement that resolves all issues in the case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 15, 2024, Washington, D.C., trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 28, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents, or respondent shall file a status report detailing the then-present status of the case.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
